Create the text backup
Open My List and choose Create backup. Copy all the text shown in the backup field into a private note or document. The text identifies saved productions and manual checkpoints; it does not contain video files or viewing-service credentials.
Restore it in another browser
Open My List in the receiving browser, paste the complete text into Restore backup and choose Merge backup. Read the result message. Recognised titles are combined with the existing list, and an existing checkpoint in the receiving browser is kept rather than replaced by an older imported value.
If a backup is rejected
Check that the whole text was copied and that it belongs to this brand's list format. The importer checks its structure, catalogue identifiers and episode ranges. Do not edit a title identifier by guessing. Return to the original browser and create a fresh backup if possible.
After restoring
Open one saved series and confirm its reminder. Change the checkpoint there if necessary. Keep the original backup until you are comfortable with the result, especially before clearing an old phone or browser profile. Open My List →
