Choose on one screen, watch on another
A phone is convenient for finding a title and saving it. A television may be more comfortable for the film itself. Open the supported viewing app on the television and find the same production and edition. A list saved in your phone browser is separate from the provider's own watchlist.
The video does not fill the television
Use the actual player's full-screen control first. Browser zoom enlarges the surrounding page and may not expand video in the same way. Check the display's aspect-ratio setting too. Black bars can be part of a film's intended shape, so stretching the picture to fill every edge is not always the correct result.
Casting versus mirroring
Casting uses a supported playback handoff to a receiver. Mirroring reproduces the sending screen. Device, service and network support determine which is available. A catalogue page cannot add casting to a provider that does not offer it on your setup.
Console and tablet options
Use a provider's supported console application where available. Console browsers and television browsers may not match desktop media support. A tablet offers a simpler middle ground when you want a larger portable picture and readable subtitles.
